For those of you using Dirpy to get the song:

If you load the song into ITunes, just be careful when you update to newer versions of ITunes. I lost most of the songs I had gotten through Dirpy due to formatting issues when it updated. Otherwise, happy Dirpy-ing!

Dirpy? They're really starting to scrape the bottom of the barrel for these internet service names. I've never heard of it.

watching that makes you blind. heehee

Raine also tweeted something about animals becoming extinct, but used S.O.S to do so.. Getting back to the animals a second. I read that alot of marine life and plant life was destroyed from the oil leak. When I went Snorkeling last Feb my friends told me that alot of the species are no longer around.. We are losing alot a little at a time.. :(

Doing the math, a song needs to come out every two weeks since Bury Me With A Gun for the full CD to be released on January 11th. I'm confused as to why there hasn't been a song this week? I've been looking forward to SOS?

Anyone?

Trusty?

Did they say that every song would be released in advance of the full album?

Yeah:

digging in to solo record today. look for "ITCHY" in a few weeks. after that a new song every week until record drops. Artwork =jawdropping

From his twitter... and January 11th makes it all add up.

I don't know if that tweet was meant to suggest that every single song would be released in advance of the full album, or if it just meant that we would have a steady stream of songs coming out in advance.

I don't see how it can mean anything else, really. Hawksley Workman also did that with his latest album -- one a week until the drop.

I agree. I also don't think he meant every song.... He's still working on some of them. Patience people.
“Music doesn’t have the power to change the world. What music does is it changes people, & that changes the world, so to say that music doesn’t change people anymore is just ridiculous. It does everyday. It doesn’t have to be on a political or social level. You could be feeling shitty & it makes you happy & if that’s all it does, it’s changing the world. It’s making it a better place.” ~ Raine Maida
