I was dreaming about some random shit last night and I some how heard a song with the word 'itchy' in it ... I just want that song to be released to find out if I'm subconsciously psychic.

What did you hear from the gophers and what did you do with the strawberries?

He doesn't like to talk about the strawberry incident. Likes to keep it on the down low.

Yeah I'm pretty sure it's new too. Plus i believe they're a couple new backgrounds for rainemaida.net.

Assuming Raine doesn't have the final word, I'll believe you. If he does... I'll see it in November.

Hell yeah!

If that's the album cover, I really like it!

As for my initial reaction to Bury Me With a Gun, I don't dislike (but I'll have to get used to) the electric guitar in the verses, but the chorus is great. Can't wait for the full thing, along with the other songs!

Question though: Does this mean he won't be releasing a new song every few weeks like he said before, or will it just be in the snippet manner like for Burn Burn?

Yay!!!!
“Music doesn’t have the power to change the world. What music does is it changes people, & that changes the world, so to say that music doesn’t change people anymore is just ridiculous. It does everyday. It doesn’t have to be on a political or social level. You could be feeling shitty & it makes you happy & if that’s all it does, it’s changing the world. It’s making it a better place.” ~ Raine Maida

I really like the images on the site, and the song clip sounds pretty good, this could be an interesting record!

I'm sad to see the words "Only on iTunes" though. I don't like that they force you into a proprietary file format that's not equivalent quality to a CD and is not future-proof. I hope it comes out on CD at a later date...

But if you're doing digital only, I wish Coalition would at least consider using a service like Bandcamp.com that offers a broad range of file formats to download that meet everyone's interests (from CD-equivalent FLAC to the MP3 and iTunes formats).

Someone's gonna have to Hub these songs, because according to his Facebook post, it's only available on iTunes for Canada.

And don't worry Trusty, I fully intend on buying the album when it's released. :)
