I thought I overheard someone talking about compiling the best versions of every song, but I'm not too sure about that one.

It'll be disappointing if they don't release the full sets. I mean, it's a land mark tour for the band.

Really? Nice.

I was surprised nobody mentioned this earlier... or the camera peeps were stealth like and nobody noticed.

Hey TW,

any chance any of the souncheck from SM night in Victoria will show up. They did some interesting songs there. Very interesting.

Trusty, what was going on during All My Friends and If You Believe in Victoria?

It seemed to me like Raine was tinkering with the gain on a preamp/transmitter clipped on his waist and there was pretty good distortion on the vocals over the PA for a while -- is the board tape distorted too during those songs?

dg - tthey were kinda stealth tough show to film without blocking the fans - thats why we did it over those 3 nights, just to ensure we got the shots but also allowed us to plot them out more as to not interfere withthe show too much - we had 2 guys on deck filming stage action and they were moving aorund a fair bit in among the guys a bunch of times - nice that on one really noticed :)

shanae - awe shucks! right back at ya

gail - sm soundcheck victoria - got that audio need to sort it out, couple nice cover songs going down - then there was myself rocking out everyones a junkie - and well i do believe there was even some limp bizkit / eminem songs in that mix too BWHAHAHA

fan - as for raine adjusting his monitor/inear mix during the set - he always does that for those songs (and some others), lots of falsetto in them and hes gotta turn his vocal up in his ears so he can hear himself

as for the feedback - i dont recall any - would have to listen back to that audio - if there was any chances are it would show up in that mix as well - BUT - we have been recording every show since halifax - so we have a few versions of each song ;)

Hmm if the device on his waist is just the receiver for his IEM then I dunno... I was definitely hearing overloaded vocals during the show and listening back to my recording. Maybe someone at the soundboard was also playing with the gain around the same times. Oh well, still great shows!

You should hook me up with the audio on Dreamland in Winnipeg so we could have the first TW/DG collaboration video.

Or you can steal my video and put the audio to the video and take all the credit. Either way works for me.

Really, instead of protecting the children of this board, you just made the elderly angry because their eyes aren't what they used to be. :P
