Brantford...isn't that where they did NYE 2008/2009? That wasn't a bad drive for me. But no way I can go. Oh well! I had my show for the year...I can store up my excitement for next year

No, that was Brampton. This place is a little close and is the boyhood home of The Great One.
“Music doesn’t have the power to change the world. What music does is it changes people, & that changes the world, so to say that music doesn’t change people anymore is just ridiculous. It does everyday. It doesn’t have to be on a political or social level. You could be feeling shitty & it makes you happy & if that’s all it does, it’s changing the world. It’s making it a better place.” ~ Raine Maida

It was dumb, but you know what? I actually look at that trip with a lot of happy memories. Yeah we froze our collective nuts off, but it was fun

I agree to that also! Remember the time we got on a bus and rode around Brampton for 45 minutes cause we didn't know we were supposed to get off?

I deny all responsibility for that since I was slightly intoxicated and not in charge of navigating.

I`m totally with yuh on that.
Yeah, but don't forget that Raine is also getting ready to release another solo record. Which btw... he just tweeted about a bit ago.
MrRaineMaida: Latest song for new solo record.."at the scene of a riot" inspired by Bill Mandell and his testimony before HUAC and the riots that ensued
