Understood -- but I don't see why it matters considering we know they'll soon be playing so many songs they haven't done in 9 - 12 years (unless you were there and weren't happy with the set).

I don't think they ever did. I think Steve probably got burned out on it. They played it in all but 4 shows (that we know setlists for) on the 2003 tour.
