Trusty: Funny, but back in 2003/2004 we had a serious problem with that. Luckily the OLP BATF took care of it, and then when they got real brave, we just put Devi on them, added the ban-hammer for good measure, and the problem was solved.
Raine can use a video camera. He definitely used it in Vancouver and made fun of Ultrastar the whole time.

Remember those mysterious folks who would bid up the OLP bootlegs on eBay to $7,499.99 and then bail on the auction, leaving the sellers either paying a few hundred bucks closing fees or else letting eBay know that the buyer of their bootleg CDs and tapes didn't pay? Hehehe.

Hey Tw
where was Raine when all of that was being made. I think you should put up HOla Senor Steve. Now that was funny. Still trying to figure out who shouted tell them to give you your effing phone back.

I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again

Album Eight Requirements to Win Over the Fans:
1. Heavier. IE: Less Ballads.
2. Raine needs to sound like he wants to be their. Burn Burn is the only album he sounds bored as shit in.
3. Falsetto and/or unique vocals. No more blandness. Kinda the same as point 2.
4. Keep doing what their doing in the Xmas video. Shits nice.

Not to mention Steve's live skills on display throughout the whole album, not just a few songs. Duncan can do what he did on Burn Burn, as it was kind of a return to his good basslines. Jer needs to get back to strangely awesome rhythms instead of playing what sounds like the same thing song after song.

Here you can see Raine in a 2002 Gravity-promotion interview talking about the shift from "complicated" music to "simple" music (SM to Gravity)... he says "after a while, the heaviness of the music, it starts to weight you down and drive you down a bit... man, i don't want to talk about that book for another 10 years!"
Heheh.. well guess what, SM was released in 2000... and it's.. 2010! I think Raine and the guys are finally ready to try to get back to that complicated, amazing music again.

I kinda think it's Raine.
“Music doesn’t have the power to change the world. What music does is it changes people, & that changes the world, so to say that music doesn’t change people anymore is just ridiculous. It does everyday. It doesn’t have to be on a political or social level. You could be feeling shitty & it makes you happy & if that’s all it does, it’s changing the world. It’s making it a better place.” ~ Raine Maida
