Has anyone seen this video footage of Trapeza?

Just found this on youtube. I had heard the audio, but the footage is new to me. Awsome. I love this song and I would really love to hear the studio version they recorded years back.

And also... just found this version of Let You Down. Is it me or Raine's voice is REALLY high in this version? And what happened to Jeremy's glasses? =P

Raine's voice has changed so much over the years...

Yep. I got those off the Hub.

I find it funny how Raine gets pissed at the crowd for cheering and yelling too much while he's explaining the story. "Hey... HEY."

Yeah, I thought it would have already made it to the hub :P

LOL yeah... quite a silly story. He could have saved the crowd from this one.

What? The story is what the song is about. Its what makes the song. I love hearing the story.

Wow. I had actually never seen that video, but I was quite glad to. Trapeze is definitely in my top 10 OLP tracks (when i remember it exists...shame it didn't make an album)
Every line I've crossed has come undone, everything I know is somehow wrong.

Totally, Trapeze is one of OLP's most melodic songs, and would have been the most medolic on Clumsy for sure. But thankfully even though Trapeze didn't make Clumsy, it looks like Happiness was totally modeled after Trapeze because a lot of Happiness's songs are very melodic as well.

As they say in the video, that song WAS recorded... so they must have it laying around somewhere. Too bad we´re probably never gonna get to listen to it.

They also brought it into the Happiness sessions, so I wonder if there's another version with synthesizers and whatnot.

Speaking of unheard songs, does anyone know what album Hit the Wall was for?

It was recorded during the sessions for Healthy in Paranoid Times. Jeremy played little bit of a drum sample on a radio talk show (Dean Blundell Show) back in 2004.

Judging by the little bit of drums we've heard, it sounds like a heavier song.

What about....

I don't know where else to put this but "Sleeping In" is originally from Clumsy according to a recording update in the Transparent Humans Mailing list.

I think you all knew that, but I'm not sure. :)

What happened to the middle calm section in Monkey Brains? Why are they not playing it?

They only played it at the New Years Eve show and the one of the two March shows. Since then, they've been playing it in that format.

I think that the version without the acoustic bridge it's better than the other version....because the waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah in falsetto of Raine before the Steve solo it's amazing!!!!!!!
