Probably no LA this time around...they're playing Anaheim and San Diego it seems...

ClumsyGirl618 and I intend on wearing our Halloween costumes to this one... Does anyone think that it's a bad idea? I'm a little worried because it'll only be the 30th. But I also figure that there'll be plenty of Halloween parties happening that night. Opinions?

I was kind of hoping that OLP's usual leniency towards recording shows that I would be able to bring a small-ish camcorder, but according to the site, audio nor video is aloud. Should i even bother trying to bring it in?

Or maybe Trusty can get me some kind of special permission for me, ha.

OLP's never had a recording policy -- just because they don't mind us recording and sharing online doesn't mean the venue knows or cares. You would have to either stealth it (avoid venue security detection), or else try to get special permission through the band's people.

Is anyone taping the TV appearance the morning of this show?

Tune in to Great Day St Louis on October 30 as Raine and Steve will be doing a 20-30 minute in-person, on-camera interview and acoustic performance of 1 song for a segment to promote the 10/30 St. Louis show.

quite disappointed. ill just say one thing. they played automatic flowers but raine didn't sing ... a friend of theres did. fifty bucks it was trustworthy. fuck did that piss me off. i went to see olp play... not some rodie named richard... the only damn song i was really looking forward to. it kind of ruined the experience.

set list seemed short as well...

eh it was late and that post came off more hostile than intended. im just disappointed that after a long trip someone else sang the song i wanted see most. i would have rather he sang a more common song. still was a good show in general.

pros

one man army rocked so hard. its probably the best they played it in years.

starseed seemed exceptionaly good

in repair. bridge actually rocked unlike how he just speaks it sometimes.

One Man Army has been exceptionally good the last few times I've seen it. He must be starting to enjoy it more. He seems to get lost in it like it's taken over him. If that makes any sense.
