I believe it's just outside Barrie. It would be worth it just for Nine Inch Nails.

Tickets are still available in the 200 level.
Can't wait

Looking at the recent setlists from ourladypeace.cc

Monkey Brains
Superman's Dead
Angels/Losing/Sleep
Innocent
Clumsy
Paper Moon
Escape Artist or The End is where We Begin
Is Anybody Home?
Somewhere Out There
Bring Back The Sun
One Man Army
Denied or Naveed
All You Did Was Save My Life
----------
4am
In Repair/Life
Starseed

Unfourtunately being a festival means shorter setlist then the 16 songs they've been playing. I am guessing at least 4 songs (I hope I am wrong) are cut from the setlist. Why can't they just play a regular club show in Toronto or the GTA area. Anyways, my guess is for setlist

1.Monkey Brains
2.Superman's Dead
3.Angels/Losing/Sleep
4.Innocent
5.Clumsy
6.Paper Moon
seems like every show has started like this
7. Escape Artist
8. Somewhere Out There
9. One Man Army
10. All You Did
11. In Repair/ Life
12. Starseed

I would be thrilled to exchange SOT and OMA for BBTS and IAH or Denied

SUNDAYAUG 30

9:30PM NINE INCH NAILS
7:50PM PET SHOP BOYS
6:15PM OUR LADY PEACE
5:10PM N.E.R.D.
4:15PM COLD WAR KIDS
3:20PM MUTEMATH
2:30PM MEW
1:45PM DATAROCK
1:00PM COEUR DE PIRATE

How was this show? I actually read a not so great review...but was wondering what those who were there from this site thought.

I would of loved to attend this show!

Meant to write a review but got in late yesterday. And was working today

The show was excellent. The band sounds very polished as they quickly sang thru the first six songs of the setlist. It seemed obvious to me that they have been playing the songs one after another at all shows. As they went seemlessly from one song to the next.

Highlights for me was Angels Losing Sleep which never really stood out for me during their Healthy tour but I thought sounded amazing yesterday. Superman's Dead was played via old school without the slower version that was played earlier this year. Two of the old classic songs had extended jam endings, I cant remember which songs they were but I think one was Clumsy.

He stated that Paper Moon is inspired by Neil Young (I believe). Was a little disappoint since it seemed he sung it without falsetto. I believe no falsetto all night. Thrilled to hear Bring back the Sun but I seemed like the only one. No reactions for BBTS, ALS and Paper Moon. OMA is one song that should be subtracted from setlist. It sounded okay but seems like a song that hasnt aged very well live.

I was hugely surprised by the reaction to All You Did, crowd certainly was happy to hear the song. I thought the song sounded way way way better then it did on the album. Sort of a sped up, heavier version of the song. At the begin of the day, I was trying to figure out where Raine was gonna climb on to and couldnt find a spot. Well he did and during this song he went from the stage thru the 100 and 200 section to the where the VIP area was and climbed up the railing. It looked very cool with people surrounding him with their hands up. Wish I brought my camera, everyone was snapping a picture.

Finished up with the Naveed songs. I wish I heared In Repair/Life version instead but the crowd was thrilled with Naveed and Starseed.

Awesome awesome show, just wish it was longer.
This is the only youtube video I have found so far http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fNkOWH2z-5s FF to 3 minutes to see the Monkey brains

I liked how they did All You Did live too! I thought it was much better than the studio version.

They also just did Naveed/Starseed and no In Repair at the Brandon show too...

Thanks for the review!

I'm trying to figure why they took Escape Artist out of the setlist. :crying: I hope it's back in for Pittsburgh!
“Music doesn’t have the power to change the world. What music does is it changes people, & that changes the world, so to say that music doesn’t change people anymore is just ridiculous. It does everyday. It doesn’t have to be on a political or social level. You could be feeling shitty & it makes you happy & if that’s all it does, it’s changing the world. It’s making it a better place.” ~ Raine Maida

Yes, I hope they are planning on doing a non-festival tour through Canada! The set list was too short and there are a lot of songs I want to hear...including Escape Artist. OMA has been getting no love...I was happy with it, and there was some falsetto in the show I saw, but he did skip some. Also, paying $100 - $150 bucks a ticket and the only band I wanted to see was OLP was a hard pill to swallow.

I know there's a non-festival fall/winter tour coming up. They keep mentioning it during acoustic set and whatnot but no dates yet.

Here's a video of Escape Artist from Philly. It's not that great because my husband recorded it and we might have been too close to the stage/speakers.
