Or my personal favorite.: Healthy in Paranoid Times was a combination of too many twos: It took too long, it cost too much money, and there was way too much drama invovled.
Yeah that is awesome, I think he started this one on the MOD interview, and now he just uses it like a mantra.
I'm pretty sure no matter what question you ask, Raine will find a way to get back to the four guys in a room. If someone else starts to give a different answer, Raine will chime in before they make their point so that he can say it, like he always does. Then whoever was speaking stares shamefully at the ground, as I'm sure Raine will punish them for breaking the Code of Maida...
haha, not sure if you guys have heard any of my other interviews... but they are usually rather silly. not to mention poor recording quality... i hope to iron that out for this interview though. but expect silly. i may also fan boy out a bit, since i haven't talked to them in years, and they were my favorite band for so long.

In that case, really do wait for Raine to mention 4 guys in a room and then cut him off and ask my question. I'm sure they'll find it lovely!

Just avoid asking overly generic questions...i would zoom into the meaning behind a specific song or something. I interviewed Raine a year ago and we ended up discussion things like religion and his dad, etc, etc...interviewers just seem to focus on the obvious questions.
I'd like to ask something along the lines of:
1. Many fans would like to see a return to Naveed and Clumsy, but you guys clearly showed that you have an experimental side with records like Happiness and Spiritual Machines...would you like to do another album veering off from the styles you began dipping your toes in with those records?
2. Our Lady Peace came out of the post-grunge era. Do you feel that label has limited you in some ways, and if so, how?
3. Any chance that "The Right Stuff" will be released as a single along with the video?
(proceed to pimp the death out of both song and video...)
Okay, those are pretty generic...
And if I don't make it known that
I've loved you all along
Just like sunny days that
We ignore because
We're all dumb and jaded
And I hope to God I figure out

my site. probably tonight since i'll have four hours between the interview and the show to kill... probably take my laptop and edit it and upload it while i wait for them to go on.
the show was awesome! it's been so long since i've seen them live, and they didn't disappoint. The venue was super awesome about letting me go wherever i wanted to take pictures... unfortunately since i'm about as good as a monkey at taking pictures... not many turned out. the dude from the local radio station didn't have a photopass, and told me to take his camera for some shots on his site, and he's gonna link to me with them though, which is rad! i got to go into all kinds of vip areas and all kinds of restricted zones. i didn't know the hob could actually be cool! at one point raine climbed up the balcony and dropped down from it after walkiing around the ledge... got a couple shots of that. then some kid randomly jumped on stage during starseed and took the mic from raine... he looked confused at first then let the kid sing haha... when security tried to kick him out raine goes "let him be. no, let him go... that's what we call an experience". that kid probably tweeted about that immediately...
anyhow, i have to edit the show, which i probably won't do much of... with jems like jeremy saying "what do you do when you retire from porn anyway, sell realestate?" it won't need much editing haha.... it was funny and stupid and all around fun. i'll have it up asap! as well as some of the pictures

That is so awesome! I can only picture what Raine looked like at that point. "Um... what do I do..."
