I trust you Trustworthy! Say Hi to Duncan for me as he reads this over your shoulder!
“Music doesn’t have the power to change the world. What music does is it changes people, & that changes the world, so to say that music doesn’t change people anymore is just ridiculous. It does everyday. It doesn’t have to be on a political or social level. You could be feeling shitty & it makes you happy & if that’s all it does, it’s changing the world. It’s making it a better place.” ~ Raine Maida

Great response on the soundcheck passes. All spots have been filled with the exception of the Texas shows. Winners will be notified prior to the show with instructions. Thanks to all of you who entered!

Man it would be awesome if a Canadian club tour followed. And Matt gave me free passes.

Well you sipped from the cup but you don't own up to anything
Then you think you will inspire
Take apart your head
(and I wish I could inspire)
Take apart your demons, then you add it to the list.

Matt ~ please tell Trustworthy that he won a job working with OLP and can go to as many soundchecks and private concerts as his heart desires. He REALLY wants to win something! :P

An enigma (from Greek αἴνιγμα, plural enigmas or enigmata) is a puzzle, something mysterious or inexplicable, or a riddle or difficult problem. The word can also be used to describe a mysterious or secretive person.

When should winners expect to hear that they've won? Will it be this weekend, or just sometime before their show? I'm specifically wondering because I know some of us will need a few days notice to make arrangements with work if we won :)

can I just be totally off topic, and mention that I ADORE the fact that I can read Greek? Totally can't speak it nor translate it, but I can read it!

Apparently taking Ancient Greek in university wasn't as completely useless as I thought it would be!

Yeah, I'm always really glad for my high school Greek whenever I can read it. Plus, for a very brief period of time I was good enough at ancient Greek that I could kinda sorta sometimes suss out modern Greek. Emphasis on kinda sorta sometimes.

I no longer have that talent.
I just wanna get out,
Stuck inside of this.
Waiting for something else,
:wte:
