Mmm... sleep.

Kind of hard when you get up 4:30AM for work. Including weekends. In ever have off a weekend unless I am on vacation.. Still rather get out early then late. I get out at 3PM sometimes 2PM if I get an early Overtime Job.

I really wish I could sleep more.. Was put on pills and they did not really help cause I can not sleep 8 hours if my life depended on it. Not only that but felt groggy in the morning. I do the best I can..

That is why I was able to go all over on little sleep. That is norm for me unfortunately.

I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again

That would be hell, getting up so early. And you can't sleep for more than eight hours? Wow. If I sleep only nine or ten hours, I'm exhausted.

I hate not being able to sleep. Like last night. Grrr.

I sleep on average 4-5 hours anight. Actually that is how much time I have to sleep. I go to bed between 11PM and midnight. I get up between 4:30and 5:00AM

If I am lucky will actually sleep about 3-4 hours..

I never got more then 6 hours a night. Not everyone needs 8 hours sleep. Some people survive on less. It depends on the person. I just have insomia and other problems sleeping.

You're a teenager aren't you? You need a lot of sleep. Honestly, getting a good night's rest is so cliched, but it's something that's really important in life.

I spent my teenage years exhausted and zombie like in the morning, but I've learned how to schedule things now.....or I'd literally die! (babies steal your soul)

Teen bodies naturally produce chemicals that aid sleep, so the body can properly refresh and grow. One of you health folks will have to confirm that for me.

Trustworthy, you are obligated to record. We even provide the gear!

I believe that I have read something along those lines - teenagers are in a state of physical & mental development, and thus need 9-10 hours of sleep on average. I seem to remember that teenagers' circadian rhythms are also on a longer cycle - a few hours longer than normal - which is why most teens tend to stay up later & get up later than adults & pre-teens.

so yes, Matt, you're right ;)
