This will get them some airplay on radio, so that is good. The twilight music video may also get them some play on wherever music videos are played now. They most likely could use the $$ after the hiatus.

I haven't seen Twilight, but based on commercials (which they have played a few million of), they are pretty similar.

i would never ever expose my eyes to the twilight movie. however, i have been exposed to the trailers and ads for it (unfortunately), and there are scenes shown which involve a forest. and chasing.

i didn't see the similarity before everyone started mentioning it, though. but i can see it now.

I never saw Twilight either. Never read the books. Just from the previews and seeing Movie posters when I saw that video I automatically thought of Bella and Edward..

Funny thing is there was a photo in the paper yesterday off the New Moon set. They can pass for the couple in the video..

Here is a still from the film.. I guess cause the whole woods/forest thing.

hmm. i've read the twilight books and seen the movie, and i didn't see a lick of similarity between twilight and the video until you guys mentioned it. i mean, other than the forest, which is only in one or two scenes in the movie.

I haven't seen it and do not intend on doing so. I haven't read the books either.

Le gasp! Fourteen year old girl that isn't obsessed with Twilight! Hahaha... but yeah, I see the resemblance now that it's pointed out. It reminds me of the Paramore music video they used to play on Much that had the Twilight scenes in it.

I showed this video to my 6th graders and said "what instantly comes to mind"

instantly their response was "twilight"

which is why I posted this thought a while back. Honestly, I think this song will end up on the New Moon soundtrack, as it fits perfectly with the story.

Twilight is evil...Potter and Dark Materials Rock!
