It seems OLP plays almost the exact setlist, with minor changes, for many concerts in a row. I'd love to see it switched up a lot more. There could be a few songs that stick around more often than others, but I'd love to see non-singles from different albums make more frequent appearances.

ya thats true - but its the way it goes, i was in a band for a few years myself and you make set list and rehearse the hell out of it so that its perfect when you take it to the road - and as you may notice you wear the same damn clothes every night too!!!! its just the way it goes in this biz for the most part

BUT

with that being said OLP has the chops and the catalog of songs that i know for a fact they could bust out songs they haven't played in years no probs, and even if the clam it up i bet it would still sound cool....the main focuss this summer is to promote BB, but im sure once they do up a propper tour and have the 2 hour set times etc they will start having fun with stuff like that - they are having fun again and that is cool and i am sure that energy will translate to the live shows this year :)

the idea that you rehearse a setlist and play it night after night is a big cop out. Sorry that is my opinion. I understand if you have only limited material that it could pose a problem, but this is not the case for most bands. It is simply apathy. Heck it is the same as working on an assembly line. Same thing day after day.
It is uninspired and boring and while there are times where within that confine, magical or inspiration happens, the likelyhood of it happening is rare.

There are lots of bands out there who make up setlist for the night, sometimes inspired by the date or how they are feeling, and even within that they are loose enough that if the music flows in another direction they are willing to invite that into the performance.

If the B-Side boxset is released, it should include the videos that played at concerts in the Clumsy and Happiness era (those being The Metronome; Your Wheel; A Doctor, A Soldier, and A Priest; Benjamin Frawley).

I'd like to see the rest of the Massey Hall footage. I know Rogers did their thing, but it'd be wonderful to see the rest of it.

I'd love to see a live OLP on blu-ray.
She's looking for some courage
She feels faithless, she feels earthless
She wants to run
She's strugglin' for purpose
I tell her hang in you know it's worth it
You've just begun

A cd or DVD of Live, Rare and Accoustic trakks

I am sure they must have somewhere songs done live or accoustic from previous tours..They have done songs live that never seen the light of day on any cd except for Bootlegs.

As for setlist. I love to see BLISTER done again.. I keep asking them for that..

I also agree with the shorts played on the Canadian World's A Blister Tour. As a bonus they should throw in Sol reading the Our Lady Peace poem that was played at the Clumsy Tour shows.. Since the poem and Sol are a big part of OLP's past.

Bring back the blogs. They use to do blogs on the website.. I know there is Myspace but those are so rare. I would like to see when they tour a tour journal from one of the guys.. I think that would make fans feel like they were at the shows..

I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again

B-Sides Box Set with exclusive pre-order amenities (possible live performances, in-depth interviews, etc.).

After reading through this thread, that's the best thing I personally can think of.

B-sides sounds great. I haven't even HEARD half of th stuff you guys are talking about.

If they were to release b-sides, I would much-much-much rather a hard copy instead of an iTunes release. Deck it out with artwork and liners and stuff!

I, too, would prefer hard copy. I'm a sucker for album art. Plus, I always feel slightly ripped off when I pay for something that I can't hold in my hands.

That said, between releasing it on iTunes and not releasing it at all, my vote obviously goes to the former. And I won't be whining if that turns out to be the case.
I just wanna get out,
