I don't like Supersatellite as a whole, so that's really more a "least favorite OLP songs" topic for me.

And I love Story About a Girl, too. I've been listening to Gravity a lot recently, actually. And HIPT.

And Happiness, but that's not really related.

I can't think of any lyrics. It's bugging me. There has to be one lyric that stands out in my mind as redunkulous.

No. Raine's just a fucking lyrical genius! That's right. I said it.

I mean who here DIDN'T stand in line for Hunters Lullaby? (awaiting incoming flaming)

I loved Hunters Lullaby. Just bee-tee-double-you. I don't think I could handle a whole solo career, with many many albums spanning many many years, based on that style of music, but for those twelve songs I enjoyed it a ton. More than HIPT, anyway.

I actually like the Hunter's Lullaby. Sure, there's a song or two I could do without, but it's still pretty good. I say that 21st Century Blues should have made the album.

Both the iTunes songs were album-worthy, I thought.

Sounds like something Bryan Adams would use.

Depressing? Or impressing?

Probably the former. God, I have nothing to do tonight, I'm just sitting here waiting for my various message boards to get new messages.

Also downloading my first Bowie. Maybe I will like him. He was funny in Extras.

If I had meant impressing, I would have said that instead of depressing :P

For each cringe-worthy lyric Raine has composed, he's also written a million other to redeem them. But still...

"Turn on the radio, to find you on satellite."

Can someone decipher that one for me?

 That was Raine just trying to figure out how to fit the word "satellite" into a song because he hadn't yet on the album.
