Some of us are better at it than others.

There's me who might as well be recording the shows with a pad and pen like a court room sketch artist, then there is Matt who looks like a digital suicide bomber when he walks into a show.

When they were in Regina in 2005 they played Kiss on the Mouth. Right before they started they of course asked for someone's camera so they could film on stage (it went dead 10 seconds in and Raine stopped the song, haha! They got someone else's). They told everyone to take out their recorders and film it and put it on Youtube.

So of course, everyone did. Then the security proceeded to go around and confiscate cameras! Luckily mine was hidden enough. I hate it when a band asks you to record, and the event apebrains drag their arms around and enforce the opposite.

Ugh, what lame security.

After I pulled my recording gear out of my shirt/purse and Raine used it on stage in Kelowna, I stood there in the front row with it out the rest of the show, and security just watched. :mrgreen:

So liberating. :lol:

Anyway, I'm really hoping that without Sony pulling the strings, the band'll have an open taping policy. *crosses fingers*
