I'm somewhat expecting Escape Artist (the song) to have a lot of angry energy, just because what it's likely going to be about. Here's to hoping.

Yeah, OLP has historically great anger/angst-driven songs/riffs... Naveed, Neon Crossing, One Man Army, Birdman, etc. I really hope they crank one out for the new album.

Well, I wouldn't exactly call Naveed an angry song... It seems to give off more of a despiration vibe to me at least, but I get your point lol.

Yeah, what I meant is Raine's vocals sound very angsty (is that a word, lol) in Naveed, like when he goes "come come Naveed"... damn it I just love how he goes about that. LOL. I love that man's voice.

Yeah, I feel the desperation in it all. The way Raine puts his voice out in that song seems desperate and paranoid and things of that sort. Naveed is SUCH a good song.

it says on tequtoniks site that the video will be released on the 17th tho, doesn't really make sense, why would they make a video if it wasn't a single I think "the right stuff" will still be the next single.

But the news is according to Jeremy in person, however there is the entire news:
OLP did NOT make an "animated" video, and The Right Stuff is NOT the first single. Thanks to Jeremy for the news correction.

haha yeah i know I wasn't trying to say that you were, I just really doubt a director for a video would put up on his site that the song will debut on the 17th and it suddenly changes but who knows.
