Maybe Our Lady Peace music just gives us knowledge? Haha. I kid. But some of the concepts in their music really made me more open-minded.

From what I know, all of you CMers are pretty old. And I mean that in the most affectionate way possible!

Yeah I'm 28 with a wife and son. OLP's been around since I was around your age. Glad to see new faces.

How old is your son? *Shifty eyes.*

Haha, I kid, if you're only 28, I highly doubt your boy is old enough for me.

Burn, Burn reminds me of the "Buy! Buy!" sticker that was prominantly displayed on Raine's guitar back on the HPIT tour.

Spiritual Machines
Clumsy
Happiness
Healthy in Paranoid Times
Naveed
Gravity

Not very impressed with the new songs. At least Healthy sounded like a lot of effort went into it. I thought the songwriting was pretty stellar in spots too.

The new tunes sound like generic, thoughtless garbage. I'll reserve final judgement til I hear the studio versions, of course .

Lots of hate for the new album. I think it's a lot better than their last album. It may not be "Naveed" or "Spiritual Machines" in terms of creativity but so far it's just a catchy straight up rock record with some soaring songs. From what I've heard almost all these songs could be singles.

"Waiting for something to happen" seems very atmospheric and catchy. And the lyrics get to me a bit as well.

I even liked Dreamland.........it's a little pop oriented, but that's just the way OLP makes music now. I think the finished studio version could be one of their better albums.

He's 8 months old and blond. He's single too but very much a momma's boy.

This must mean that I'm a cradle robber.

...or can only men be cradle robbers? Would I just be a very intense cougar?
