This is mostly inspired by hearing Elizabeth Mays on CBC last night. I am looking forward to the debate, as she is incredibly articulate and, of all the candidates, seems to be the most grounded.

i don't know a single thing about any of the parties running this year. or who's leading them. i'm also spending the entire day on election day traveling, so i don't know if i'll get to vote. i should do some research into the parties and how/where/when to vote early.
Canada doesn't seem to have any worthwhile inspirational leaders running.

I know I don't want the conservatives in, though.
So guys, NDP or Liberal?
The best thing you can do (I'm anti-conservatives too) is do your best to find out who has the best chance of winning in your area. If there's no way in hell NDP is going to get a lot of votes for your area, then vote liberal so you're not throwing your vote away. Or vice versa. Basically try to vote for whoever has the best chance at winning besides conservatives for your area so that if the conservatives win again, you minimize the chance of a majority government.
