lol @ the ever-so-slight hostility...I'll take those hugs though.

I'm still not convinced how having the two 'clutters' anywhere. You can pollute a thread with as many posts as you like, but you're still left with the news as the very first post, the one you go directly to when you click the thread title. Infact it means there's less threads to worry about - I'd personally like to see other fans reactions/input to the news without having to go find the relevant discussion thread (presuming it's not linked within the news post itself?). Suppose, if one thing, it keeps the thread in chronological order, but then if mods are posting in them, then it pisses all over that point?

Anyway, it was mainly just the GTFO-NON-MODERATOR lock that made me post, I'm not even arsed either way tbh.
