Interview with Raine Maida. Sry if it's alrready been posted, I looked everywhere and I couldn't find it yet.
Anyways, I think it's really great that Raine's the producer for the next record (bye bye bobby) and that they're actually aiming for the pre-Gravity sound that the band use to have. I know I'm being optimistic, but I think this could be a turning point for OLP!

Matt, in the news section of the CM, you know the first page after the cartoon graphic, after reading it on the forums at Raine's site after Gail posted it, back in March wrote:19 March 2008: Gazette interview with Raine
Gail linked up an interview with Raine in the Montreal Gazette. Raine goes in-depth on the influences of his record, thoughts on touring, discusses several indie artists, takes a few jabs at Bob Rock, and discusses recording OLP's new album. You can read the lengthy interview here.

Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.
And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

Actually, I had no idea we had a homepage anymore, since the one with the cartoon of Saul disappeared a while back. I've now remedied the problem on my end! I had no clue what anyone was talking about with this "updates" page
