I reckon that I won't mind my stay out there, as long I stay in the city, I'll be fine.

nothing like going through a 50 degree temp change in like 8-10 hours heh

I don't!
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

to make it more on topic, matt good is coming to saskatchewan twice. once in saskatoon, at the end of september, and once in regina, at the start of november. and i (and lando, can't forget him) are attending both.

so really, somehow, this saskatchewan talk is on topic. and...it'll be cold out for the show in regina in november. so the weather is related.

there. the thread is no longer hijacked by talk of lovely saskatchewan.

If you haven't done so already, you need to listen to Matthew Good on Taggart's Take. Funny stuff.

So, in the phraseology used earlier in this thread, I have "scored" a ticket for the Montreal show. And apparently I'm a nutter!

The next single was just announced on the site

and the winner is....

I'm A Window

Not my favourite from the album, but definitely catchy and single-material. Can't wait to hear "don't fuck the princess, do the maid" ringing out over the airwaves! :P

Every now and then I fall out into open air just to feel the wind, rain and everything.
And though the hum and sway gets me down
, I'll find the way to peace and openness.
