It's not a scam... plus they don't really have any way of scamming you out of anything except for some time. You can't actually cash out any money until you have over like 10 dollars, but if you keep up with the random spins and play the games wisely it is not too difficult to reach.

They send a text message to your cell phone to make sure your a real person and not opening multiple accounts or checking to see that your not a bot.
