You can get pretty good results with a microwave.
The key is to properly time the entry point of the marshmallow.

Yes, the Canadian Ultimate Championships! It's really a once-in-a-lifetime thing for me, and a great honour, and a really big deal, so I'm just about exploding with excitement and nervousness.

I'm on a Juniors team called T3 (T-cubed), so if you're in Toronto and have nothing to do between August 9-11, come to Sunnybrook Park, and perhaps I'll see you then, and you'll watch my team kick some ass. It's free for spectators, there's live music, and a beer garden. And maybe after watching some of Canada's best teams play, you will fall in love with ultimate and your life will be better. <3
