I've had it what.. 4, 5 years now, big bulky thing, and it still works perfectly. Same goes for my good 'ol PS1. I find Sony's consoles to be very reliable, but maybe I'm just lucky *shrug*

I bought my first PS2 near the launch date and they recalled most of them because many of them were defective, but I never bothered with the exchange since mine worked for another 2 years, with problems, but still.

The slimline ps2s are made really well if any of you have those. You probably won't have problems with them for many years.

Actually, I'm lying. I don't even have a PS2.

Clearly I deserve to be in this thread by virtue of being able to tell game systems apart :freak:

Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

I got owned by Blockbuster, last night.

For a couple months, now, my local b'buster had been letting me rent Xbox360 and Wii games using my VISA checkcard. Apparently, only select stores allow this option; with most stores only allowing you to rent the new console titles if you have a major credit card.

I don't....I have my damn checkcard from my bank.

Last nite, while trying to rent a 360 game....the lady (manager, I'm guessing) opened my account, realized I was being able to use my checkcard, and proceded to tell me I wouldn't be able to do that, anymore, and erased the info from my account.

So....I'm signing up for Gamefly again; bastards.

Anyways........does ANYBODY know of an accessory that would allow me to use Xbox controllers on the PS2?

I know theres one out there that allows you to use your PS2 controller on the Xbox; I want vise versa.

I hate the PS2 controller.

On a further note; I rented Kingdom Hearts 2, last nite, and am all confused cuz I haven't played KH1, yet. So, I'm not playing KH2 again until I get some KH1 action.

I wasted a rental.....damn blockbuster.
