Has anyone seen Ice Age 2? How bout The short film about Scrat the squirrel traveling through time called No Time For Nuts?
Well I just found out that a guy I went to high school with, Michael Thurmeier (my brother even had classes with his younger brother) who directed that short and had lead animator duties on the first Ice Age film is nominated for an Oscar for directing the short from the sequel. Pretty cool since Regina is small and crappy. Chances are he'll win the award too. It is Ice Age after all.

I saw part of Ice Age 2 on a plane. It was not at all amusing. The first one was FAR superior. Therefore, he gets props for being awesome on the first one too.
