It's a downloadable audio file, which is pretty much someone's blog in verbal form.

and yes, its a radio show for the internet... you dont need an ipod to listen. its basically a long mp3.

my show is me b-s-ing with a guest each week and playing some phat beatz.

ill eventually play voicemails and read emails when i start getting them.

it may be your itunes, but you can stream it on robot40.com or myspace.com/robot40

the stream program doesnt upgrade as fast as itunes though.
