So this is the shirt I made. Up close you can see that it cracks pretty easily (which is frustrating) but it came out really well on the black. I got the iron-ons for these at Michaels (which was the cheapest and easiest to use) and this one was done with transfers made for 'dark shirts'.
Also on that one there are some water spots. That happened when I was out in the rain and I was wearing that shirt. It seems to be find in the washer...nothing will happen but in the rain the colors run. Figure that one out.
If you want to see, these are two of the squares I made with iron ons. Again I got these ones at michaels. But these were with light fabric transfer sheets.
The first one is just on regular t-shirt cotton material. The picture came out really well and clear. The transfer did leave some spots but I think if I had left it on a bit longer it would have been perfectly clear. The second one is done on a different material that had some design on the fabric. You can sort of see how that shows through.
