I woke up really early today to see Simone off to camp and give her a few guitar magazines. The only reason I was able to go was because my brother was departing to a different camp from the same spot.
I came home and fell asleep, but I had a strange dream.
I was walking around a parking lot (much like the one all the camp people met at to get on their busses), and heard music coming from somewhere.
I walked though a few trees and Sloan was playing to about 10 people, but nobody was really paying attention to them.
I sat down about 30 feet away from them, and watched intently. They finished the song and threw their guitar picks at me. Jay threw it unrealistically far, but I caught it.
Chris took a photo of me from the stage, and proceeded to chuck his camera at me.
They started singing Stubborn Bastard by Mia Sheard, only it was in Mia's voice...

And the drummer was the new drummer for the Rheostatics, he was even wearing the Rheostatics hockey jersey with the name Green Sprouts on the back
