I'm fine

A couple of you know, so I thought I'd let you guys know.

I'm at work, Booster Juice when a few kids who haev been bothering us for the past few months come in. They steal a blender and run out, I am less than happy. A couple of the idiots try to come back into the store 15 mintues later; when I tell them to get out before I call the police, they threaten me and walk into the store. I take out my cell phone and call 911, the come behind the counter and one kid gets me in a headlock from behind when another kid grabs a breadknife and holds it to my throat. I slug the guy behind me in the face and grab the knife away from the idiot, all this while I'm talking to 911 (it felt like that episode of Seinfeld when Kramer tried to get the pinky toe back to that woman). Police come, no less than a dozen squad cars and my buddy (another employee who will remain nameless) and I gave accurate descriptions. The guy was arrested. I don't know what will happen from here, hopefully the justice system will give them the help they need. All is well, a few of the staff won't return, I will. I have a little cut on my throat and my neck is soar but I feel okay. I'm closing again in a couple of days so you can tell that I'm fine. I'd like to extend my thanks to those of you who expressed concern. It means a lot to me.

That's crazy. You should have hit the stone cold stunner on the guy who got you in a headlock, then did the same thing to the guy with the knife. Glad you are ok Reza.

I would have, but you've seen me in person-that just ain't happening. I got a nice slug to the guy though, anyways it's all behind me and in the end they ended up getting a few protein bars a a dollar in nickle and dimes from the tip jar (aside from the smoothie).
