whoa!

had I known that was .net filming it, I would have made even more of an ass out of myself!

I'm not a .net member... we talked our way into the meet and greet. We had wrist bands, but our names weren't on the list. She was surprisingly nice to me... but wouldn't let me leave to take a piss and then come back.

so when the band came, we let our Israeli friends go first...

then when they were done I said "well... I gotta use the can... so we'll go next"

so after taking a pic with the band, and saying our hello's and whatever... Jeremy said something like "enjoy your piss"

LOL

what a weekend... I can't believe it's been pretty much a week!

Haha "Enjoy your piss." That's better than my Jer quote!

Ahh, I know who you are now... I was giggling at how you kept saying you had to pee.

whoa a lot goes on as my computer lays idle. Tasha first off I am so incredibly sorry for not calling you. I only realized when i was packing up on Sunday when i looked at my huge list of numbers and things to do that I forgot to call you. It didnt help that I had a migrane all weekend which was the result of a sinus infection so i was definitly not on my game. Accept my appologies.

Welcome back Nikki, glad you made an appearance.

As for the whoele MnG thing, actually when I missunderstood what you wanted from the band for the video I asked it to be sung, Steve said no. This is what the secruity woman was reacting to. She did rightfully hear him say no and well there was little to be done. All i know was when i turned around to get my stufff and the dude accused me of calling her a bitch. It took some explaining that I would never do that, I felt horrible and yes the band did hear it. It is over now but it wasnt pleasant.

Other than that what a crazy weekend. It was great to meet those I hadn't and wonderful to meet those again whom I had met in London/Kitchener/Ottawa, at some point I will get my pics up. I didnt take many of the show, actually none as i was at the rail and grumpy dude was giving me looks. It was rewarding to see him roll his eyes when Raine said take all the pics you want.

My name is earl, singin ocanada, and chuggin contests were ridiculous indeed. Lindsay and Kathy definitly make great drinking buddies I could watch you all night, I only wish I had a quartrer of the tollerance. :)

We are all so blessed

Christine, whether you misunderstood Nikki or not, that woman had absolutely no right to be such a bitch to us.

And I thought the guard knew that I was the one who called her a bitch, since he was looking straight at me when he was telling Nikki that her "friend called her (the bitchy woman) a bitch and you can leave now."

Oh well, the band heard, good. They need to know that the people who were running the damn thing were NOT nice people and don't care one bit about the people who spent money on their fucking concert.

Okay, this is my official thank-you post since I didn't want to clog up the boards with yet another new post about Edgefest XD

Thank you to:

Matt - for tickling me to death and then stealing my pillows.
Nikki - for being fucking awesome and helping me make a scene at the meet and greet
Nam - for waking me up at 10 in the morning with a "Hello? Who is this? What do you want?!"
Kruno - for introducing me to Jer and Stever, and all the hugs
Miro - for telling me it's true that I'm a human space heater
Kathy - for introducing me to everyone I didn't know and helping me have the time of my life
Christine - for putting that all together and for introducing me to Duncan
Debbie - for giving me the wristband that got me into the meet and greet
Dommie - for holding onto my signed Pedestrian CD so it wouldn't get crushed in my pocket
Sab - for getting me into the Chris Koster show and holding onto my Pedestrian poster so it wouldn't get wet
Lindsay - for being so goddamn entertaining when drunk AND when sober
Rich and Shelley - for all the awesomeness over the weekend - I'm glad I finally got to meet the creators of .cc, because you guys are fucking awesome
Tom - for the directions back to the States Even though it took us 4 hours to get out of Canadia!
Nikki's mom - for holding onto my purse while I partied with everyone at the Rivoli
Kristina - for hanging out with me and being so cool to listen to NWL with

You guys gave me the best weekend of my life. I am so happy I got to go, and I am so grateful for all you did to help me meet the band and make my dream come true. You are honestly some of the greatest, most amusing, most hilarious people I've ever had the luck to meet.

Good lord I love you guys!!!

Um, ahem...Glad I could entertain you and glad Kathy and I could entertain Christine!!! Good times, good times. :)

I do NOT think that I am adorable and certainly not a cute drunk, so Christine, first of all thank you for making my night...and second, I <3 you.

Love,
