Edgefest I --> OLP headlining? July 1st, 2006 in Toronto!

Very doubtfull you'll have any probs with a simple digicam that fits in your pocket.
Worst case scenario they'll let you go back to your car.

I've never been to a concert where they said "NO CAMERA'S!!!" Then proceed to snatch them out of your hand and throw them on the pile.

I snuck my camera in once when they were diligently checking but they didn't find mine, and another time they found it and I had to go put it in my car. But I'm not driving down to the venue so I won't have a car to stash it in this time.

Disposable camera concert pics are the WORST... not really much point in having a camera at all. The lighting and darkness and fog machine screws up the pics unless you have a decent camera.

Out of our group of 30+ I'm sure a couple of people will manage to sneak in their cameras.

who knows... they could be all talk and it might not be a problem to get cameras in. We won't know until we get there.

But I assumed that at a festival earlier this year and they ended up having metal detectors and not allowing any cameras at all :freak:

erin has an awesomely small camera that she can fit in her shirt and you can't even tell.... mine however would be a bit (alot) buldgy... but i'm going to go for it anyway.
i'll just put it in my back pocket and have an over stuffed bottom.

we need some mission impossible music or something. all the cmer's sneaking in their cameras...

hehe, what you guys should all do is give me your digital cameras, and i'll put them in my bag and walk through the employee entrance! problem solved.
except.... that will be one heavy bag

Are you joking, or do you think you could actually sneak a few cameras in? Some are small and easy to hide, while others are not (like mine)... there's no way I can put it in a pocket and get it in.

And umm... I'd buy you a drink if you could do it

well i'll ask them tonight if they're going to be tight on cameras tomorrow, and see what they say. i could definately try to sneak a few cameras in (obviously not 20), but if the security at the employee entrance has a list i definately can't do it (since i wouldn't be on the list, cause i'm not working)
