Oh wait, that point was already brought up.
Yay for reading threads before posting.

Sure, he said he'll be a reference, but he also said for months that Reza would be getting more hours. I wouldn't want to rely on this guy's good word if I were Reza and looking for another job.
it almost seems like hes throwing reza a bone
go fuck yourself.

What IS illegal is his slandering of Reza's name, by announcing publicly with no proof that Reza did in fact steal the stamps. It is also illegal for him to fire Reza without proof of the theft. Neither of these things I saw happening - at least from the way Reza wrote about it. What I read that as was the manager asking his team what they thought about who stole the stamps, which is not illegal.
exactly. i don't think your boss did anything wrong, reza.

well, see, in cases like this you just.. always swallow your pride.
like i said, burning bridges is NEVER helpful.
for example, a future prospective employer might contact this guy and be told that reza is disrespectful and rude to his bosses. just an example.
better safe than sorry, dude.

I just got an interview at Tip Top
It's mostly sales based which kind of sucks, but then again it'll be fun.
I hope I get it, not making any money for the past few months has sucked ass.
Also, you guys are making him sound much more innocent than he really is. There was a lot of politics behind the scenes on his end. He wasn't suggesting anything, he wasn't asking people what they thought about the stolen stamps, he mentioned me by name and told a couple of people that he thinks it might be me. You're right, he cna't fire me because of mere assumption, that's why he's trying to force me to quit. I really don't need his reference, I can easily get a much better one from someone else at the store. Besides, if he thinks I stole the stamps, I highly doubt I'm going to get a gold star on my resume because of a reference given to me by him. I cannot respect someone who jumps to conclusions that quickly without clearly assessing the situation.

Whenever death may surprise us,
let it be welcome
if our battle cry has reached even one receptive ear
and another hand reaches out to take up our arms.
Nobody's gonna miss me, no tears will fall, no ones gonna weap, when i hit that road.
my boots are broken my brain is sore, fer keepin' up with thier little world, i got a heavy load.
gonna leave 'em all just like before, i'm big city bound, your always 17 in your hometown
