Somehow Stephen Colbert (formerly of the Daily Show, now has his own show , the Colbert Report, for anyone who didn't know) got to give a speech/roast at the White House Correspondents Dinner. I have no idea who let him do this, but they're probably not working for the Bush administration any more.
Colbert's speech is HILARIOUS, and he ripped Bush up with Bush himself there!
