oh yeah, that doesn't come as any surprise.

it's more the babylonian rituals performed by the world's elite that make me go :wtf:

Here's Alex Jones' documentary in which he snuck into Bohemian Grove

Halfway through the video I've come to the tentative conclusion that those rituals are essentially just tradition for the sake of tradition - like fraternity initiations/traditions.

I mean, if you were to shoot a documentary about the behaviours of fraternity, it would seem just as weird. Same as like those lodges where men meet up, wear coonskin hats and drink beer. Depending on the angle you view it from, it seems weird. This could just be an extreme case of that (something that Jones himself postulates).

Hopefully it isn't more serious than that, anyways. [nervous laughter]

In the end it doesn't really matter what shit they do at night though. It's the fact that they're all together in this way ... the elite "new world order"

i watched only about one third of "Loose Change" so far because of overwhelming homework... but i must say, it's really ... scary that all this evidence adds up to something COMPLETELY different to what i thought had happened. i was talking to my mom about this because she heard about the theory too, and she just refused to believe that the US Government would plan such a thing (which is what the documentary is trying to convince) because it would be just way too atrocious. i pointed out all the evidence i could think of, but i can't help thinking, if this is for real, i am very afraid for the future.

having finished the Bohemian Grove video, I don't really know what to think about it. I don't think there's enough information about it to make the connection between the supposed "elite" and the supposed "satanic" rituals with any real sense of validity.

I think it's clear that there's more to 9/11 than the "official" story. I think it's clear that the US government (or, possibly, some elite world government) was behind it - or at the very least was aware of it and decided to take advantage of the opportunity and take things a step further. As for burning human effigies in supposed "satanic" rituals in the Bohemian Grove? I don't know, but I don't think there's enough to be making sweeping claims on that particular subject.

the bilderberg group. they meet every year in sweden, closed door, no media. every united states president in the last 50 years is a member, so are chretien, martin, harper and klein.

i don't know what alex jones is on about, but he seems more obsessed with making money than he is with creating change.. be careful, that guy's a bit of a fuck up. he and joe vialls both, who'll you'll run into soon enough if you keep looking.

Some of this conspiracy stuff is too much for me. However, I did watch the Loose Change movie and holy crap, I guess we will never know what really happened. But the guy in the Marshall Law movie, He was a little nutso I think. Anyways, just my two cents. I'm glad I live in Canada.

Ditto. But you have to admit, harper is a pretty bad prime minister.

ummm... explain what he's done so far since coming into power that was so bad?
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

and what perfect timing.

There's a movie called "United 93" hitting theatres this week, telling the heroic story of the passengers who fought back and ensured that the 4th plane never reached its target.

Is that really what happened though? According to the students who made Loose Change, it didn't.

If that's the case, I have to wonder if this movie is something written by or written for, or perhaps just promoted by the government. Set up a heroic, patriotic tale behind something not fully explained, and people will be less likely to question it.

It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the government. Movie makers aren't stupid, they know "patriotic" jacked-up bullshit like that sells by the truckload. It's a cash cow. If they put anything besides the official version of events in it would get a "controversial" tag, which isn't what they're aiming for.
