Schindler's list

Post by Olp_waited »

Has anyone else seen it?? I am taking US History and we are entering WWII and we watched it. It was an amazingly long movie, but it was good, and sad, and I was surprised we watched it with all the actual nudity. But it made me ask myself how could anyone have so much hatred for some group of people as to do such things as that. It just amazes me.

really good movie, but really really violent, as one would expect. i tried to tough out the violence, but halfway through the movie i couldn't help but close my eyes every time someone got shot or died.

Yeah... it was really violent, but at the same time an amazing movie. I don't really remember too much nudity in it... thats weird.

Well it was a lot, but we are talking about a bunch of 16-17 year olds and most movies never really show the breast or butts, it kinda censors it or cuts right above it, but there was a few sex scenes and then the striping of the jews and such. I felt bad for the kids esp. the one in the toilet.

They made our parents sign a consent form before we could watch that movie in grade 10. I remember one girl said she really couldn't handle watching it, so the teacher made her write some sort of essay, marked her poorly, and counted it towards her grade. Instead of watching a MOVIE? That is CLEARLY disturbing since our parents had to sign CONSENT FORMS? Fucking teacher.

Oh that's not right at all.

I've never seen it... I don't think I could watch it.
