I watched very carefully and didn't see us. They went to the very front of the line and then were mostly in the middle and the back. I remember them stopping to but I didn't see us.

How did the band sound? Was it mixed well...regardless of material played, how did they sound compared to OLP LIVE? Thanks

IT was mixed pretty well... Songs like clumsy and Thief were well played. and Boy when the audio was played during the credits.. it sounded pretty good. Over all it sounded really good....

Well for the most part is sounded better than OLP Live..... from what ive seen. i mean OLP Live is an amazing DVD...
But some of the vocals were a bit off. but thats expected during a live performance... so I guess it doesn't really matter.

Holy crap I just spent a fortune to Fedex a tape to Matt cuz the place I went to only offered next day service and I was in too much of a rush to go somewhere else.

So Matt should have the tape tomorrow... although you'll probably all have seen the show by then thanks to the person with the tv tuner, so I probably just wasted my money for no reason :lol:

Thought I would post this about the Massey Hall DVD

Woooo thanks - was that said recently?
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

Is the person with the tv tuner ripping at high dvd quality (8000kbps mpeg 2 with pcm audio)? Since it's one hour long this quality would fit onto a single DVD perfectly. It'd rock.

I believe Matt told be that.... But if i can get my tv card working I will do that for you.... OR im trying to get it directly from rogers since I work there... but they have some copyright issues and the only problem is that IF they do give me the direct tape..... it wont be on a regular tape.. it will be on a DV tape and I have nothing that can take the video and put it on my computer.

So im trying to figure something out for you guys.

Would it be full size DV tape or miniDV? If it's miniDV, Matt could transfer it directly to computer. If it's DV tape, I'm not sure... I bet Lando might have something for that and maybe we could talk him into doing it.

But yeah, either that or recording it with your TV card at high quality would be excellent.

My tv card is acting weird because I went away and I guess we had some storm and I accidently left my comp on, and it got hit my lighting or something and it managed to wreck the tv card a bit so right now I'm trying to talk my dad into buying a new one or getting it fixed because it wont let me go into my tv card program..

But Im going into rogers on monday.. ummm No they aren't mini, they're the regular sized DV tape. But ill see if they'll let me have it or even copy it for me.
