Okay I was watching one of her races last night with my family and every time the announcer said her name my mother and sister and I burst out laughing uncontrollably and my dad was all "what? what's so funny? i don't get it. what are you laughing at?"

That sounds like my dad! Oh I'm having flashbacks... those conversations always happened in my family.

I always have to explain that stuff to my mom. She loves it though.
It sort of reminds me of in high school, we had this cheer where we'd yell, "OUR TEAM IS WHAT?! RED HOT!". It totally sounded like "RT is red hot". So we had to change it and that began the days of me explaining embarassing things to my mom.
