which are you favourites?

I could have quite the head start to building my list if I started with yours... crossing off some and adding a few

Some of my favourite artists that I see in your list:

Bush
CK
Evanescence
Foo Fighters
Green Day
Jason Mraz
Linkin Park
Live
NWL
Nirvana
Oasis
Pearl Jam
Silverchair
Smashing Pumpkins
The Verve Pipe
U2

And that's not all from your list that matches my collection... I also have: Zwan, Weezer, Tori Amos, The Hip, Soundgarden, Semisonic, Seether, Savage Garden, RHCP, REM, Radiohead, POD, MGB and MG, Hole, Finger Eleven, Creed, Counting Crows, Blur, BSB, etc.

yay bsb :D
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

You do know it's illegal to deface U.S. currency, right  :P

Same show, I got one signed by The Used, and eventually ended up selling it for $20...I have a feeling that's a little illegal, too.

one of my music teachers is howard shore's cousin. she's also friends with all of broken social scene and metric. my other music teacher is a classical composer born into a family of musicians from LA. my other other music teacher played with all these famous jazz performers. all three of them are known by random music teachers all over toronto. i love how the music community is so small. i wonder if my friends will be well-known one day. that is, if i go into music. it'd be cool being part of such a close-knit community.

uh, i saw howard shore in your collection and decided i wanted to say all that.

Tower Records in San Diego, eBay, Amazon, and BMG Music Club.

Most of what I have is still pretty easy to find new online for not too unreasonable prices. :D
