Here are some cat pics taken this week....

Callie - I'm showing off her chubby belly

<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a182/kbell14/Cat%20pics/f51c85c8.jpg" border="0" alt="Image hosting by Photobucket"></a>

Callie - I disturbed her nap by taking pics (I love that her toes are curled, and you can see the cute stripes on her tail)

<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a182/kbell14/Cat%20pics/f7ec88c1.jpg" border="0" alt="Image hosting by Photobucket"></a>

Tigger - she's a suck, sleeping on my belly while I'm reclining on the couch

<a href="http://photobucket.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i11.photobucket.com/albums/a182/kbell14/Cat%20pics/17167eae.jpg" border="0" alt="Image hosting by Photobucket"></a>

In the second picture, that cat is all like "what are you looking at?"

Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

I have the same chair as Kathy - but mine's cream not blue. mmmmmm ikea
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

yay Ikea!

You can see my cat has taken over the chair... look at all the white cat fur on it! I think I need to get a cream or white cover so it won't look so bad.

Degus are great...and I'm really not much of a caged animal person.

I started with one when my ex worked at a pet store, then we got another to keep it company...along with another one...then the one female had babies with the first one, and we had a bunch. We got rid of a few to someone somewhere else in WI, then we gave the rest to the pet shop. Our first one died due mostly to neglect (which was really a depressing wake-up call), which left us with 3, then my ex moved out, which left me with three. Then, when I moved, I only wanted to keep the female, so I gave the other two to a coworker, and the picture above is one of the two I gave to my coworker, I think. I may have some pictures of the other lying around...I'll go look...
*looks*
Image

That's the only other one I have, which is the one I kept...I have others somewhere, just not on my photobucket.

Here's one of my cats from my parents' house:
