i'm reading a book called Fried Green Tomatoes at the Whistle Stop Café by Fannie Flagg.

i'm liking it so far. even though it is one of those sans-plot kinda books.

Actually, philosophy is the backbone of everything. Everything evolved from philosophy (with the exception of math). It all evolved from asking why. One person once upon a time asked "why is the sky blue?" then developed a science trying to figure it out, however they did not answer why it is blue, merely how it is blue. So the question "why is the sky blue?" is still unanswered.

Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

But society never really evolved until people stopped putting so much emphasis on why and decided to worry about how.

not that i like the how argument either.
things would be so much simpler if we just didn't care and started planting carrots.

what do you call it when two words sound alike but they don't rhyme and it's more than alliteration?
