When I'm stuck on campus I always have a million things to do.
But my campus is clearly cooler than your campus. :P

I used to have that problem, but I don't go to school anymore...

I would either just sit in the computer lab or go to the cd store on campus and talk to the manager.

I'd do homework...or read...or find someone to hang out with.

My favorite is going to the bar on campus and drinking at noon for no reason! :D
University really is a magical time.

I used to walk home instead of waiting for the bus if the weather was nice enough...and sometimes if it wasn't.

Our buses only run once an hour too.

And they come at the :38 of every hour to the college, so when I have philosophy until 12:50 on tuesdays and thursdays, I have to wait another 48 minutes to catch it. Unless I leave early. Which I sometimes do.

hehe

The bus that I need to take comes through campus every half hour. There are lots of things to do on campus, but nothing to do in 20 minutes (especially without risking missing the next bus).
