the performances were brilliant and all, but that was an absoutely shitty interview, shitty crowd, and what the FUCK was up with that caller? i just want to beat him. UGH.

okay. here's what i thought on how the thing went:

highlights:
-the jamming end of superman's dead... ummm holy fuck. i need to listen to that again. :drool:

-raine's vocals in wtsoyf .. i thought this was superb, especially his screaming bit. although i could have been fine with less of the stephen harper talk. umm yea

performances were not bad...but i've seen much better from them
superman's dead outro jam was the highlight

matte babel is such a dumbhead....stupid questions(what was with the one about racism and crossing over)...that totally ruined the whole experience for me

and they didnt take any text msg or email questions....hardly any fan questions at all

it was brutal

Yeah the interview wasn't great at all. Only part that was memorable was when Raine talked about standing naked infront of a mirror, then Duncan says "not together tho". hehe
The first question was the overdone "why'd it take so long to make the album?" question. Geeez Matt (he aint cool enought for the silent e in his name), if he did any actual research he'd already know, and he'd know that we already know! what a waste of a question. I was dispointed.

Also, in the preformances, i thought it was weird that Joel was positioned in the front while Duncan was in the back, like a back-up guy..

That's pretty much where he was for a lot of the show in New Haven back in September. It seemed like he felt more comfortable back there though - like he started out up front with Joel but then kinda gradually migrated back towards Jeremy.
