Well, in order for them to get money from your emo or stormpay account, it's just like Paypal, you buy your "upgrade" on 12dailypro, and the website directs you to a page on emo (or a page on stormpay, I'm assuming, if you use stormpay), where you log in and send the money. They can't get any money out of emo or stormpay without you sending it to them. If you don't surf, you'll lose some of the profit or even some of the money that you've sent to them depending on how many days you go without surfing. I think you can miss 3 out of the 12 days and still get an 8% profit... at least with emo. With the stormpay fees, it'd be a lower profit but you'd still probably break even.

There is no way they can take any more money out of your account than what you have payed them. However, like faninor said, as soon as you miss surfing for a day, you're losing profit. You make 12% of your deposit every day for 12 days, so that's 144% at the end IF you surf every day (44% actual profit). If you only surf 11 of the 12 days, you'll only get 132% back...10 out of 12 days, 120% back. Again, like faninor said, if you don't surf for 4 or more days, you will actually end up behind. It takes 10 minutes TOPS a day for me to surf (ideally should be 5 minutes, but I'm on dial up so it takes a little longer), so as long as you remember to surf, it's not a difficult thing. Also, you can surf other pages, check e-mail, or just leave your computer completely while you are autosurfing.
Also, keep this in mind...You only need to surf 12 pages a day to get your 12%. It will let you surf up to 50 pages, but after the first 12 you will only get credits to advertise your own site, no cash. Just dont think that if you skip a day you can surf 24 pages the next day and make up the difference.

Yeah, but transfers between Stormpay accounts they charge a percentage fee on, and every time you send money from your Stormpay account to 12 daily pro or they send you money back to your Stormpay account, the transfer fee is applied to it.

So now StormPay has some kind of problem with 12DP and other such programs. They've frozen 12DP's accounts for some reason. I know EMO is still an option, but like I said before, I don't get any bills in my name except internet and I haven't recieved in internet bill in well over a year. It says the bill needs to be from the past 2 or 3 months. Even if they would accept the internet bill, I doubt if I even still have it. This sucks
Well, at least I'm still ahead money wise in the longrun not even counting what's still in my 12DP account, but there's like $500+ in there right now. I contacted EMO, but it looks like you can't sign up unless you have a current bill in your name

Why is it frozen?
Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf
Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...
Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...
So glad you could stay
Forever
He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand
You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..
So glad you could stay
Forever

Apparently StormPay froze the accounts of many different autosurf programs without any reason given. A few days ago, they said that any autosurf that used StormPay could not use any other payment processing site. 12DP didn't agree with this, but they went along with it and for a few days EMO was no longer a payment option. Then I hear that 12DP's account was frozen and that other autosurf accounts were frozen as well. That's all I know right now.
I put the verification stuff on EMO. I used my college bill from the end of December for the "utility". It is all I have in my name, so either they accept it or they don't. They also did that thing where they ask you the last 4 digits of your social security # and then your birthday. I put that in and they said that I didn't pass the test but that they would still look at the scans I submitted. Um, I think I know my social and my birthdate better than they do...plus I checked and double checked to make sure I didn't make any typos

I think your debit card statement would work because they took my college bill. I mean that's not exactly a "utility" so I don't think they're that strick as long as it's in your name/address. I added my checking account to my EMO account and they said that to confirm that it's mine they're going to put 2 small deposits in the account and I need to tell them how much they were. I wonder what "small" is. I mean something like $152.65 would be nice
Now I just need to wait for 12DP to open up payouts again and hope they still are using EMO

Yeah, I don't think they have either. The most they've been doing is freezing funds that are already in your StormPay account. If you would feel better though, just delete your account with them. I HIGHLY doubt 12DP will do business with them again anyway.

"The 12dailyPro site is under investigation by the FBI, the Securities and Exchange Commission and at least two states, said people familiar with the investigation. In recent days, amid those probes, the main payment processor for 12dailyPro, StormPay Inc., has frozen the funds it was supposed to pay to members.
One law-enforcement official involved in the probe said "a significant number of people" likely lost millions of dollars in the aggregate. The site recently claimed it had 300,000 members from around the world, some putting in $6,000 at a time. The Web site of 12dailyPro still was operating as of Thursday."

There's no doubt in my mind that this is the case.
Stormpay (or Scampay as they are lovingly called on the 12dp boards) released a statement today where they said that autosurf accounts (specifically 12dp) were frozen because they are illegal ponzi schemes. They define a ponzi as a program where all payments are made only from new upgrades.
The example they give is that person "a" pays $1000. Person "b" pays $1200 and that $1200 goes to person "a". Then at some point, future upgrades are not enough to pay past earnings.
12dp clearly states in their terms that their money does NOT come only from new upgrades, but also from high yield investments, on site advertising, and other such revenue sources.
I refuse to believe that 12dp can pay 44% profits every 12 days for something like 9 months (and were NEVER late on a payment) and fund the program only through new upgrades. That just doesn't make sense. Clearly, they have someone investing the money very wisely.
Don't get me wrong, the program is not without risk...they are up-front about this fact. But it certainly is NOT an illegal ponzi. The stock market has risk, and that's legal.
