Cell phones

I had a Motorola V220 before I ruined it by dropping it about a million times. I'm onto my next victim now, Samsung E350 (I think). I wouldn't reccomend a Samsung to anyone...ever.

my first cell was a Samsung and it was brutal. Thousands of the first ones manufactured had the same defect and I had to get it replaced in the first year. Then the new one had a different problem. I hated it.

people on cell phones suck ass.

cell phones allow people to listen in on you, and like find out who the fuck your calling.

in general, no cell phone for me.....eva!!!

I just don't see how it's any different than an annoying conversation on a regular phone.

Well, because generally normal phones are in people's houses, not in public.

However, I was trying to do this homework, and our exchange student was whining in Korean on the phone for like three hours. Not cool.

See, that's the person being annoying, though. Some of us aren't irritating with our cells and actually use them for important things, not just to blabber on for hours about nothing. And if I do need to use my cell, I'll go into another room or walk far away from anybody if possible.

Correction, my phone is a Samsung E316 apparently, I'm pretty sure it's a phone geared more towards the opposite sex...it blinks colours (I've set it to pink so that doesn't help). The phone's a total light-weight and sometimes I can't hear or it or feel it vibrate in my pockets which really makes it a pain in the ass. With that said, I have Where Are You as my ring tone.

I don't answer mine a lot. I wouldn't if I was in the middle of a conversation with someone (unless we were waiting for the call or someone was meeting with us and could be lost or something).

oh man, i just remembered a story about an annoying guy on a cell phone. i was in line at the drug store and there was some guy on his cell phone waiting in another line. he then comes up behind me and starts talking really loudly. and the extent of this conversation was something along the lines of:

"i told her i really liked her legs, and that i especially liked them when they were around my neck."

Where the guy's in the elevator with Stewie repeating the same thing into his cell phone then the elevator opens and the guy's on the ground twitching...
I liked that.

I have a cell phone because frankly, it seemed more convenient than getting a house phone. I don't like phones in general...at all. I don't like talking on them. I needed a phone, though, and I tend to travel, so a cell phone could end up coming in handy for lots of reasons.

I got the model with the fewest bells and whistles because, frankly, I don't like bells or whistles on a cell phone. It's a Nokia something or another...small...handy...not a flip phone. I have only dropped it once, and all that did was make it decide to tell me I had a voice message.

If I ever want to get internet, though, I will have to do what I didn't want to do and get a house line strictly for internet. I have a feeling I will be going without home internet for awhile longer.
