Jeremy Taggart on CBC
I was watching CBC during their election coverage the other night and George Stroumboulopoulos had a special "Town Hall" meeting with a variety of Canadian "celebrities". Most were athletes & musicians i've never heard of, but a few familiar faces were there. Matthew Good and Jeremy Taggart. From the 2-3 minutes I saw of it, Taggart didn't say anything but I just thought it'd be interesting to point out...

Yeah, unfortunately George's party didn't get much airtime. I know Matt Good was a little disappointed that he only got 20 seconds to try to sum up his thoughts on the election. I was really looking forward to seeing both of them.
Matt had mentioned a few days ago that he'd be on it, and earlier the day of he mentioned chatting with Jer while they were waiting to go on air.
Apparently George's show The Hour aired more of the footage from that party, but I missed it since I didn't find out about it until the show was over. It might appear at some point on the Hour website though...

Matt doesn't hate OLP. He made a point of telling me that when I barely mentioned them in passing when I was talking to him one time. He said the whole thing was blown out of all proportion by the media.
