ryan and sean didn't like the fact that ben jammin' was spending so much time working on his label, takeover records... they said it was causing too much 'tension' in the band and that it caused them to grow apart personally and creatively.
in other words, ryan is an ass. they sent ben jammin' a notice saying he had 30 days to basically drop his label... he refused and said he wasn't going to leave his label OR his band .. they were going to suspend him so that's when ben left .. or was basically forced out of his own band. ryan wasn't even part of the band when ben started it .. but now he's the "leader" and one cocky son of a beeeeeyotch.
