It wouldn't bother me so much if this weren't the first year that people are paying for the site. We've gotten next to nothing out of it, and it wasn't exactly cheap membership. Before it went pay, we got more and always had a holiday greeting video.

If they wanna relax and spend time with their families, I'm all for that... but don't ask people to pay for a site that you're never going to update.

Nikki,

you are the 5th person I know who has complained about the site. I didnt; join cause for me there is nothing there that I can't achieve on my own.

I do understand where you are coming from.. It is bad when you pay for a service and get nothing in return, but as i stated earlier the card may be the only thing you get and to tell you the truth that wasn't really that great on their part..

It is something though.. :nod:

..Ihave to go there.. MY friend s thebiggest INXS fan on the planet. They see them all over. I might go to a few show with them if I can.. I use to see INXS all the time before Micheal died and in fact say that OLP filled the void left by that hole. I saw my first OLP show shortly after my last INXS show..

I miss Micheal :cry:

,but I must admit JD is growing on me, and he was reall a nice guy when I met him last month at the instore.

I'm boycotting the "new" INXS because of their little reality TV stunt. You can't replace Michael - if you're going to replace him after such a long time, you should at least rename the band and not parade around as INXS.

I mean, if Raine died and the guys decided "Hey, let's find a new guy to fill in for him!" then they should change the name of the band. It wouldn't be Our Lady Peace anymore.

Then again, it wasn't the same OLP that played shows after Mike left either...but at least he didn't DIE.

That Christmas card was teh suck. The pictures were cool, but it doesn't compare to last year's video. I'm not paying for their damn fan club until they get more stuff up there. I already spent a ton of money on their CDs (some I had to buy more than once due to over-use), concerts, and t-shirts. I'm tapped out man.

That said, I <3 DUNCAN AND MIKE AND WILL ALWAYS AND FOREVER. :love:

I felt the same way about it at first. Then I rememberd that ACDC did the same thing and that turned out alright.
