She gave up because she can read your signals that you like her, but you don't do anything so she is upset. Just as upset as you are.

Well I didn't see him today as I usually do, except for a brief hello. He was at the basketball game but there was only so many uncomfortable minutes I could spend talking to his roommate and pretending to be interested without it being weird. I don't have his phone number anymore, and I won't see him around anymore after this week. So I can safely say that the ONE thing I have really wanted in a long time isn't going to happen. And I just can't put myself out there anymore. Time to move on. I have two dates over Christmas break that I don't really want to go on, but perhaps they'll help.

I'm sorry it's not working out for you. Things might work out on their own if you just let it rest, you never know. If you don't want to go out on the dates then don't, but you might enjoy them. You call.

Yeah I'm going to just let it rest and I'm just going to...I don't know. Try really hard to be hopeful but not care. I am going to go out on my dates...if only to help get over him.

i agree to be his friend and he knows i don't make out with my friends...and he promised the making out would stop..yet when ever we hang out...we make out.. and i can't make it stop!! :no:

maybe cause i don't really want it to stop..but i'm just not cool with friends with benefits... :uhh:

i tried that!!! he's got reasons for not wanting a relationship...and i respect that..so we're trying to be best friends but we're WAY too attracted to each other...grrr

Eat garlic. Lots and lots of garlic. That oughta put an end to your making out....unless he's one of those people that finds the taste of garlic a turn on....in which case try onions...if that fails, just get used to being friends with benefits.

I am seriously insane.

There's this pretty good looking guy in one of my classes that kind of made it seem like he was showing interest in me, though I don't know if he's single or not, so he could have just been talking about persuing a friendship.

But anyways, he's a really nice guy, but I'm not really attracted to him, and I'm already taken, but I was flattered when he brought it up.

Now, for NOOO reason, I'm doing my 'oh-me-gawd, someone likes me' bit, trying to run into him at school and other equally ridiculous things.

What the hell is wrong with me?

Absolutley nothing. It's natural, someone is showing interest so you're reacting in the normal human fashion.
