Can someone please explain what bullying has to do with drink/drug abuse?

And I can't believe they have this programme telling kids that young about drink driving and drugs and stuff. I'm sure I didn't even know illegal drugs existed when I was that age. Back when I was young the world was a different place ....

We had DARE and MADD when we were little (and, contrary to what you believe, I'm not that much younger than you!!! ;))... maybe it's just different here in North America?

Sounds like it.

We had Stranger Danger with PC Blewitt and a don't trespass on the railways thing and fire safetl with firemen and an elephant (whose name I can't remember). I don't remember anything else though.
